For selected events, you may be able to upgrade your tickets in the AXS-app. If ticket upgrades are available for your event, you will see the upgrade banner on the "Your Events" page.
To check availability and to upgrade your tickets simlply click view and follow the instructions on the screen. Once completed your new upgrades tickets will automatically replace your old tickets in the app - just refresh to view them!
Important:
- In app upgrades are only available for selected events and ticket types.
- At this time, only primary tickets purchased via AXS are eliglble to upgrade (subject to availability).
- When upgrading your tickets you'll pay the difference in price between the new and old seats and an upgrade fee.
