Great news, if you ever misplace your confirmation email in your inbox, or you accidentally delete it, you can resend this information straight to yourself from your AXS account.
From the desktop version of the site, accessed through the internet browser on your phone, log into your AXS account as normal, and navigate to your order. Make sure you are using the correct filter to sort your tickets:
Select the down arrow on the event you need additional confirmation on. You will see a lot of the details from your confirmation email on your AXS account. If you'd like to send this to your email, press 'Resend Email' under the event name:
The green banner will appear at the top of the page to let you know that your confirmation email has been sent to you:
Please wait a few minutes and refresh your mail app - your confirmation email should have arrived! Please make sure you are checking the same inbox you used for your ticket purchase, and contact us if you find you have mispelt your email or do not receive an email.
