Once you sign in on AXS.com with the same email address used for purchase, you can see your upcoming events under “Your Events” in your AXS account:
If you’re using the AXS app, your events and tickets will be under “My Events”, which you can reach by tapping the ticket icon at the bottom of the screen:
If you have just bought your tickets and aren’t seeing them in your account, hang tight! They will always be displayed before your event. Please make sure you are logging into the app with the same email address used for purchase. If you still cannot see your tickets in your account, please check our troubleshooting guide here.
