We want to ensure the ticket-buying process is as smooth as possible for you. We have collected some of our best tips to ensure you can get the tickets you're after!
- Sign into your account. Avoid typos, take your time. We don't save card details, so have your card information handy.
- Make sure you're not using a VPN, and are connected to a secure Wi-Fi.
- Join the waiting room. It’s not a queue! The waiting room is a holding area – getting there 30 minutes before is no different to joining 1 minute before. You will automatically be assigned a place in line when the event goes on sale.
- Don't refresh your screen. Once you're in the waiting room, it’s best to wait. You’ll be processed as quickly as possible.
- Stay in one window. We want fans like you to get the best tickets, and the waiting room allows us to filter out people who use technology to get the best seats and sell them for an inflated price. Staying in one window and not refreshing the screen will let us know you're a real fan.
- Follow the instructions. Book your tickets in the time frame specified on the top right-hand side of the screen. It will reset periodically with each step, there is no need to rush.
- Check any age restrictions or special T&Cs. You'll have plenty of time to read any additional information regarding the event and the delivery of tickets.
- Complete your purchase. Make sure you have agreed to our T&Cs before completing your purchase. You won't receive an order number or a confirmation email until your purchase has been completed on AXS.com.
- Keep your order confirmation safe. A screenshot of your order number will do. You might need to contact us about your order, and this is how we find your order details.
For popular shows, if there are any extra dates added, we’ll tell people in the waiting rooms first – giving them a link for the new show. Please note that a place in the Waiting Room does not guarantee the availability of tickets!
