You can set up an AXS account in the following ways:
While purchasing tickets: If you buy tickets for an event and don’t have an AXS account, you’ll be walked through the steps to create your account before completing your purchase.
On axs.com: Click “Sign In” on AXS.com and select “Create Account.” You will be asked to fill in all the necessary information and verify your email to set up your account.
In the AXS app : Download the latest version and click "Log in or Sign Up" and follow the steps in the app to set up your account. You can find a guide of the steps below:
Enter your email address and click continue.
if you already have an account with the email address you entered, you'll be asked to enter your password to sign in. If you don't have an AXS account you'll be asked to fill in your name, country of residence and postcode and choose a strong password.
Once filled out and you have selected a strong password, click "Create account"
You'll now be asked to verify your email, please check your inbox for a verification email.
The email will look like this, please click the link to verify your email.
Once you have verified your email, please go back to the app. To keep your account secure you'll be asked to verify your phone number for multifactor authentication.
You can select to receive your verification code via text message or voice call.
Once verified you'll have the option to set up a passkey, this will allow you to sign in quicker using face ID, fingerprint or a pin.
You're all set! You have now created your AXS account.
