Once you have completed the ticket transfer, either through your account on the AXS website or the AXS mobile app, you can then check the status of the transfer.
On the AXS app:
- Click the ticket icon on the bottom of the screen
- See your transferred tickets by selecting 'Transferred'
- Click the event to see the transfer summary
- If the transfer is complete, you won’t be able to recall the tickets, but you can reach out to the recipient and ask them to transfer the tickets back to you
- If 'Pending Transfer' is shown at the top of your screen, this means either an invalid email address was inputted or the recipient does not yet have an AXS account yet to view the tickets.
- If you would like to cancel the ticket transfer, click 'RECALL' - the tickets will now be placed back in your AXS account
On the AXS website:
- Click the 'YOUR TICKETS' section once logged in
- If the ticket is pending transfer it will not appear under the 'Transferred' section. Instead, please select the 'Upcoming' ticket section
- If 'Transfer Pending' is shown next to the ticket then it has not been sent to the recipient as of yet
- Select the ticket and click 'Cancel Transfer'
