Accessible tickets are reserved for fans with disabilities and their companions. At most venues, accessible spaces will allow enough room for guests in wheelchairs, and provide freestanding chairs for guests who do not have a wheelchair, but may require additional space.
There will be a limited number of accessible tickets available to purchase for any given event. For certain shows, you will need to contact the venue directly, but we will make this clear to you before the event goes on sale. If you feel you may need accessible tickets, please contact us before your purchase, and we will try to offer the seating best suited to you.
Events with accessible and companion tickets can be purchased on AXS.com, if available, by clicking on the "Buy Tickets" button under Accessible Tickets on the event page. You will be able to purchase a maximum of two tickets: one accessible ticket, and one companion ticket. Once selected, your tickets will be held in your cart while you follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Once you have booked your accessible seating tickets through AXS.com you will receive an order number, and you will be asked to submit documentation of your eligibility for accessible seating. You can read more here.
