It’s ridiculous! I’ve spoken to 5 different customer service operators and not one of them has helped me, all telling me the same thing. I’m now in the UK and still can’t access anything.

Can’t access my tickets/log in on the app
Purple screen when logging in. The customer service team have said to wait until I’m in the UK to attempt to log in which is basically the day of the event. Unsure of what to do.
