You need to add your bank or PayPal account details to your AXS account.
UK customers, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your AXS account
- Go to “Your Account” and then “Payments”
- In the UK section, select "Add Account for Getting Paid", click on the “Account Type” pull down and choose “Bank Account”
- Add the branch sorting code and account number
If you’re from outside the UK or do not have a UK bank account, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your AXS account
- Go to “Your Account” and then “Payments”
- In the UK section, select "Add Account for Getting Paid", click on the “Account Type” pull down and choose PayPal
- Add the email address of your PayPal account
- If you do not have a PayPal account, please click here
Once added, your payment will reach your designated bank or PayPal account within 10 working days after the event date, provided you have added details to your account 7 working days prior to the event taking place.
If you are adding payment details after the event has taken place, our payment provider will need to verify your details before payment can be processed. Once your details are verified, you will receive payment within 10 working days (timing subject to change over Public Holidays).
