Customer service is a joke!

Anyone else just had there money taken from AXS without confirmation! And then there is literally no one that you actually speak to! Tried the phone number they have listed. Conveniently doesn’t work! Also having a no refund or cancellation policy for even a small window is a joke! Do not use these people!
