Can’t get my tickets on the app.

I have received emails from you and when I followed the instructions to download the app and create an account this was successful. However when I go to log in with my password it continuously comes up as invalid even after resetting. As the event is tomorrow and I now have no access to my tickets I need urgently to get this sorted
