Cannot log in
For 4 weeks now, whenever I try to log in I just get a purple screen.
Axs have supposedly helped, and I have done everything asked to do, and we cannot see our tickets. We can’t go and wanted to sell them but I can’t transfer them as we can’t see them….axs now just ignore my requests for help! So I will lose £170, which is disgusting! And there seems to be nothing I can do
