Trying to resell my tickets through the app- keep getting message Context i.d cannot be empty with NO info on what it is or how to correct it

  What is context id? Must not be empty???? When trying to resell tickets for same price? Seriously people?????

  I completely removed the old app. Installed the new uk 🇬🇧 version n thankfully had no more problems. Good luck Binay or if you not in the UK try a different site when loading the app. Regards David

  I'm still having this issue. I deleted and reinstalled the app but no joy. Is there a customer service number?
