Ticket Information
All ticket types are subject to availability, and membership does not guarantee you a ticket. RHS members get access to member-only days and priority booking for the shows, but tickets are limited. Book early to avoid disappointment.
Under 5s can attend the RHS Urban Show, RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival, and RHS Flower Show Tatton Park for free.
Children aged 5+ will require a ticket to all other RHS shows, including RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
Please note that prams, pushchairs and buggies are not permitted in the RHS Chelsea Flower Show ground. Babes in arms are allowed but discouraged due to the unsuitability of the environment.
We aim for tickets to be sent to your AXS account at least two weeks before each show is due to begin. You will receive an email notification when your tickets are available.
If you can’t locate your e-tickets, please check your junk/spam folders and make sure you are logged into the AXS App using the same email address used for purchase. You can read more about that here.
Accessible Ticket Information
One companion is admitted free of charge per visitor whose disability necessitates assistance, following the submission of evidence of eligibility. This must be added to your order before your event, as tickets cannot be altered once the event has passed. Proof of eligibility is required, and all tickets are subject to availability. Both Ambulant and Accessible tickets can be booked online through AXS.com, and you can also book by calling 0800 640 5001.
There is a hire service for manual wheelchairs and mobility scooters for use at the show, but the availability is limited. Bookings can be made online. Booking closes the week before the event starts or as soon as the allocation is sold out, whichever is the sooner. There may be a waiting list in operation on show day, so please enquire on arrival if you have been unable to book in advance.
Resale and Transfer Options
If you need to sell your ticket as you can no longer attend, AXS Official Resale is a fan-to-fan resale service that offers tickets for no more than 10% of face value. You can read more about using AXS Official Resale here.
Please avoid purchasing tickets from any ticketing sites that are not AXS.com. You are at risk of buying tickets that will not be invalid upon entry and will cause you to be turned away from your event.
But only buying direct, all ticket proceeds will go towards the charitable aims of the RHS, and buying from unofficial ticket sellers does not support this.
We operate a strict no refund policy, but we may be able to exchange your ticket for another show day (depending on availability), or another show in our 2024 Main Season (excluding shows held in RHS Gardens or Malvern).
As well as using AXS Official Resale, you are also able to transfer tickets to your family and friends if you can no longer attend.
Please do not be tempted to resell unwanted tickets via unofficial websites or for prices higher than face value. Tickets offered in this way will be rendered invalid and entry will be denied on the day. This will also affect your chances of purchasing tickets to future RHS events.
